I remember what it felt like to sit at a desk for most of my day, to not know how to breathe through what felt like unmanageable stress – that was until I discovered yoga. And by yoga, I don’t mean bending my body into a pretzel or walking on my hands – I still can’t do that! For me, yoga is the practice of becoming present by connecting my breath and movement.
